if the trial failed the article will be solely published by Dr Liau. NWBO would not be announcing that they are in preparation to get an article about a failed study in a scientific journal. Also in almost all cases as such the article would appear years after it has been announced the study failed. So the order would be PR the trial has failed, which we already would have been given by now, LL in explaining in a journal on page 25 why in the year 2025 why.
If you are one of those that do not believe that a failed study should be disclosed within 4 business days (meaning there is a snowball's chance in hell to get FDA approval), and also believe that NWBO PRing completely the opposite of what they have been communicating so far then we are in strong disagreement.
