Also, my sources tell me that dmiller is a dirty liar and JT was forced out. This was not a peaceful departure and JT is only sticking around to August because it minimize any contentious litigation to settle his compensation.
I feel justified in all my statements regarding management's poor performance. This departure supports my statements calling out their ineptitude.
JT could have been aware of the BODs intention to seriously explore a sale, and being committed to GIA as he was, JT could have thought best to step aside. JT wasn't fired. I do believe this was very much of his own accord.
