Did you read the forbearance agreement? SNPW doesn't own 100% of Medrecycler. And recent filings give another 10% of Medrecycler to another investor in Medrecycler not SNPW.

Was that entire bond issued? You mention 17.5 million yet it's not all on the books. You're relying only on information the company is providing.

Again my bet is that stock holders in SNPW are left holding the bag while Medrecyler is sold off.

You should do more due diligence and stop relying on the news that the company posts.
