You are 100% wrong PERIOD.

SNPW doesn't own 100% of Medrecycler

Try looking at the 10Q

"MedRecycler, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pacific Holding Company currently holds fifty one percent (51%) of MedRecycler-RI, Inc., a corporation formed in the state of Rhode Island for the development of waste to energy projects in the state of Rhode Island."

As far as if "Medrecyler is sold off" (a) it would be up and running and the stock should be well over a dollar(the stock shot up to 34 cents just on the anticaption it was going to be approved in January) and (b) SNPW will more than enough money to fully develop it's other subsidiaries.

Company has been completely transparent.

Yes I did, I now BS claims when I see them, SNPW owns 100% of Medrecycle.

MedRecycle set up MedRecycle-RI as a subsidiary of MedRecycle.

Once MedRecycle-RI is operating, $SNPW can shed all Medrecycle Bond debt, for a no risk, debt Free SNPW, with a profit sharing cash flowing deal that is typical of franchising like McDonald's and Burgerking.

It allows SNPW to focus on Franchising more MedRecycle plants, with one operating, and to focus on Solar panels that the founder has 4 issued patents protecting.

The solar Panel business will the be the huge story here.

I am relying Information I got directly from real sources, the government of RI, the RI-DEM, direct sources I have.

If you have a problem with Nick sell, I want more cheap shares.

Thanks
