I understand where you are coming from, but if there were no shares issued in the deal, what shares are they dumping? The fact is they announced the 6.5 mill equity deal for shares of stock. We don't know any of the details of that deal, but the only thing the company has publicly released that I think could bite them is their press release on December 10th.

"The Transaction" closed, and all conditions satisfied, the ownership
interests have been assigned to each of the parties as per the Definitive Agreement executed on August 14, 2020."

If I'm not mistaken, part of the definitive agreement was the issuance of 25 mill shares, but the 12/31/20 financials don't reflect that they were issued. It has been verbally communicated that they will do a release if it's material. So based on that, there are no issues with the company. Otherwise they would would have released a material update.

I won't recommend this company anymore due to the unknown and long delay, however, even with the confusion and discrepancies, I still believe we are going to be fine down the road. I just won't defend their silence anymore. Whatever the reasoning is, it's theirs to explain when the time is right. Until then, I'm holding for the end of the rainbow jackpot when it comes. imo

What shares are they dumping?

The O/S is still 140 million and has stayed at 140 million for the past 3 years.
The O/S is supposed to go up to 165 million shares eventually upon completion of this ticker becoming DRYW.

If this were a share selling scam (dumping shares), the future O/S would be like 500 million shares or more, and not just 165 million total O/S. Which is still VERY LOW.

If they meant for this to be a scam, they didn’t really execute it at all.
And they wouldn’t have made any real money on it, lol.
