I am still of the opinion that there is an issue with the shell. It explains why Ron never took his shares. I'm guessing they did an audit of the issued shares as part of the RM and some irregularity cropped up which put the brakes on everything including the ability to issue new shares to Ron as part of the RM deal. I have seen this happen before.

I agree. There is nothing for DryWorld to gain if the deal wasn't done.
The authorized shares are 350 million. Even if they issued all of the authorized shares, it's still a very low share structure for a company like DryWorld. Bottom line, this deal has to get done for DryWorld to execute the equity deal, which is why they wanted to go public in the first place.
