Lol current, so what, they become current it's still a stock selling scam. MCIC is a fraud with CDEL as their front. They could say they made billions of dollars and they are still a stock selling fraud.

Exactly. Part of the reason OTC markets require the attorney letter is that the pink sheets have unaudited financials. Granted, having a lawyers review sign off on the financials is not the same as an auditor but it does provide a legal signature saying the info is correct. Often times the layers even meet with the directors to do these letters. So, getting current adds a layer of transparency.
