Darcy has an impeccable record, audited financials, great product.

My money is behind Darcy and not the fraudster from LaJolla. Were those civil or CRIMINAL FRAUD charges that guy was found guilty of ?

it’s very false and misleading by you saying the company is out of compliance.

By no means are they out of compliance as I had a compliance officer look into this.

I would have spoken up before and said something on this board.

All it takes is 1 false form 4 and I’d be glad to dissect...something of which STILL has yet to be provided to anybody....
