Anders actually picked out the scariest paragraph of all where they keep referring backwards to another PR stating what the process would be instead of what currently has happened. See how that works?

if they say "in preparation for publication in a scientific journal and public announcement."

then there are no buts and ifs but they really are in preperation to get the article published. You can not write an article (LL) if you are still blinded to the data. Also, it's completely nuts to surprise us with an article in which we all can read the trial has failed.

Now NWBO unequivocally has stated that they are working on the article I quite frankly don't understand why the market is not more optimistic and this be reflected in the SP.

It is anticipated that public announcement will follow these processes

Perhaps they will take one more additional step in the process which they described. So therefore it is anticipated and not assured to release a public announcement after they have finalized the described process.
