Shibley is a liar a criminal and a cheat. All of the tickers mentioned in that PR ALKM USMJ PAOG and ALKM are just a small part of well orchestrated share selling conspiracy.
There are about 1.2 BILLION PURA common shares outstanding. PAOG only has 100 million shares available in its kitty. Its mathematically impossible for PAOG to issue 1.2 BILLION new shares as a bonus to PURA shareholders.
