Nothing Is impossible in Life and PURA has a great selling product which has major interest in buy out opportunities alone.

My understanding is PAOG just redomiciled to WY....

and has upped (or in process of upping) its AS to 5 BILLION. That move will give them plenty of shares to pay off the PURA deal. Of course, it will also dilute PAOG (talking trips here) but no one ever said the divy would be worth anything.
