If yahoo created the article I still wouldn’t call it on official PR, however if PHI group is listed as the source, or “provided by” etc. Then I’d say yep.

But any major news source reporting on PHIL is a good sign at this point. I just think an official PR from Phi Group would definitely signal a shift into a new phase
