So as the Aug 28th, 2017 PR notes, Phivitae was formed to serve as the holding subsidiary for the healthcare division of PHI Group. A letter of intent was signed to acquire 80% of a 20-year old profitable European (Romanian) medical distribution company.
The question was "What's the name of the European company that we own 80% of?"
Started searching around. Kept finding the same articles over and over. Kept talking about how we intend to acquire 80% of a medical corporation. Articles like this:

Kept staring at it. Then it clicked. Romanian is capitalized because it's a proper noun. What if "Medical Corp" isn't capitalized due to a translation error? What if it's capitalized because "Medical Corp" is literally the name of the company?
It was never a secret. And it was never particularly hard to find. We just overlooked it. At least I did. I guess I really shouldn't speak for anyone else.
1,359,223 Euros in sales for 2019. Only 108,017 Euros in profit. I'll take it though.
