H - Du's perspective is the only one that matters.

She just read a document that says that she was hoodwinked by Generics and accuses them of fraud.

One year ago, she ruled against Amarin, causing them to lose billions of dollars.

If she is really troubled by the accusations, wouldn't it make sense for her to seek input from Amarin?

"Is this true, guys"

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Marjac's filing is hogwash. What I do think is that this filing may force Amarin to get involved and defend their (lost) patents.

I just don't see any way that Du schedules any hearings without seeking clarification from Amarin.

My prediction is either a dismissal on some legal technicality or Du will mandate all 3 parties to respond, perhaps an oral argument, which would be fascinating.... but this will be done with Amarin.

HK, I Thought Your Were Not an Idealist?

You certainly seem to be when it comes to the USA Court System.

I believe that the USA court system is far from ideal

and in many cases fraudulent itself.

That's why I don't expect a reversal from Judge Du

no matter how great Marjac's filing, with your significant help, is.

HinduKush, you are so smart, so intelligent, so knowledgeable. Yes, if the Court thinks the way you elucidated, it clearly becomes her problem now that Du has to intervene irrespective of Amarin or Hikma involved thanks to marjac et al for creating this Himalayan entangle and we get Rule 24 granted hopefully.
