If I understand correctly the largest owner - Pershing Square Capital Management (Bill Ackman's fund) owns 115,569,796 9.98% of shares.

Pershing Square Holdings Ltd owns 101,193,742 8.87% of shares

So, Bill Ackman has control of 18.85% of the outstanding shares
