I foresee a redemption, or even a conversion, at the right time. John Paulson couldn't get control of Fannie and Freddie while Trump, his friend and business associate, was President. He isn't getting his conversion or the warrants now.

The only proven antidote for those who drank the Moelis Kool-Aid is to buy commons.

Pagliara who once promoted conversion is now accumulating commons. He recently added 32.88% to his FNMA position, and 81.24% to his FMCC position. Follow the money.
