Mazor was CE, FDA Approved, on the market with over 200 systems sold, 40,000 procedures on 4 continents, and 60 clinical publications.

Enos will not have any approval in Sept, no sales, be a year from market and the latest posting on their LinkedIn was an article for ISRG SP robot.

Could they be acquired? Anyone can be acquired but to say the Mazor and Enos path are in like a mirror is ridiculous.
