Medtronic to acquire Titan Medical for $3.8 Billion in Sept 2021 and take it to FDA with the help of Medtronic as it did with Mazor Robotics in 2018.
The partnership with Mazor and Medtronic is a mirror image of what is happening here, Medtronic needs Titan more than ever because they see the enormous potential in the years to come and steal most of the revenue. Medtronic will NOT wait around for another giant tech company to steal Titan off their hands, they have the money, contacts and source. Titan will be bought out and shareholders will celebrate!
