They warned me that it was going to happen,,,and recommended plenty of water and acetaminophen not an ibuprofen if wanted...The water definitely helps,,,,I don't have any Tylenol so...
Friday was a steadily yucky day up till I went to bed early....Head ache, feverish, that I'm sick feeling and achy... Felt much better this morn...
Its a sense of relief getting the second and in a couple of weeks I'll feel like I finished the race...Grateful for the good work they done...
