She is only the Judge of a District Court. If she denies the motion, there is SC might be waiting to act on. Any action they take in favor of Amarin is going to throw egg on Du's face, imo. She better proact and remedy the situation now for her own good, imo. The world is watching what a mess her decision created already. She could deny marjac's motion only if she believes she can get away with everything because she is already a Judge or if she thinks SC is going to side her like the FC did. If all the court systems side with her, then none of us would believe in the legal remedy no more and Amarin better focus selling V in the rest of the world; just forget about USA, imo.
