Hey, you might be right but before badmouthing a CEO how about providing some proof of his illegal activity before accusing him of being a criminal.

SAM and nodummy have provided great links to SEC shell hijacking but not one pertains to what is happening at NWGC.

Public court, where all current and past shareholders had a chance to have their say, resulting in a future shareholders meeting where all current shareholders will get a chance to vote on their officers.

I am all for exposing fraud, see my history with SGSI, but when I do I provided the proof where it pertains to the company or it's officers.

So I will ask you again, where is the proof of any illegal activity by the Mark Miller taking over NWGC?
