Yes CDEL has been busy on many otc tickers especially from February when we had this crash.
Question is how many shares are dumped by the company and how big influence on pps has shorting.

Shorting statistics are available. CDEL is very aggressive and it looks to me like they have unlimited numbers of shares.
4/9 we had close to 50% of volume shorted plus company selling if correct...
Can company dump shares if they are not current?
They should get current first before sending us their news.
