So they contradict themselves in that statement...how can you "issue" shares and not dilute the common...I like that this is 1st a/s raise, but I don't believe for a second they will not dilute...they may use shares to get product out, that would be ok I guess, but those shares will be dumped and affect the o/s at some point...unless they put 1 year or some kind of time limit on selling those shares...guess we'll find out...I'm still holding, but not a fan of a/s doubling...my experience is they always dilute with them at some point...Good luck to us
