If I'm right, those new NC Preferred shares are eligible for any distribution. That is 20,000 * 500,000.

Love the news, but my thought is those 10,000,000,000 shares become in the mix on any distribution. 8K filed 03/31/2021. I may be wrong, but that is the way it reads to me.


Per the 8K:

the holders of the Series NC Preferred Stock shall receive, out of assets legally available for distribution to Regen’s stockholders, a ratable share in the assets of Regen.
