bme, I think your confusion lies in the fact that there's two licensing deals happening here.....the deal with Regen and the deal with KLC. The $55,000 is Regen and the 50,000 shares is KLC, with the critical part being that the 50,000 shares in the licensing deal with KLC are going to Regen. It's essentially one in the same. You weren't wrong about them getting $55,000, but you just didn't realize they were ALSO getting 50,000 shares. Or I'm totally misunderstanding the situation and I'll butt out ??
