FFS, marjac is such a brave man that I ever saw in my life time in this country telling a district court judge that she erred, mistaken, and her court room was defrauded/bamboozled; unbelievable proportion of magnanimity that he just wrote that the world has seen it as it is a public document in PACER right now. I now see that Du cannot, simply cannot deny it; she has to do something with that. She has to either disprove marjac is wrong or simply correct the wrong happened in her court room. Even a no lawyer like me see something went terribly wrong that after 5+ yrs of Reduce It trial and a billion dollar spent on 8000 patients trial, the success was easily carved out by a generic and Du was the reason that everybody knows which is totally unfair. I predict Hikma is going to hiccup non stop and might throw Heinecke under the bus; but still will bankrupt their own company no escape I see, imo. I think irrespective of Du's reaction, SC is still having to take up the case and draw a line on what is obvious and what is non-obvious to the generic world. And the domino effect will start from yesterday to the Delaware court on infringement treble damages; to of course the FC on GSK Vs Teva case; I mean all judges will be busy trying to serve justice for Amarin. But how do I get my lost money in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions that I have lost to date in options and margin calls and forced sale of my shares? Does anyone have a suggestion?
