Meow, SCOTUS and our filing are completely different worlds with completely different issues, even though they are both the same cases. SCOTUS review generally deals with broad legal issues affecting a wide swath of cases, rather than specific facts of a specific case.

So the balancing and misapplication of the Graham factors is a major national issue affecting many cases. By way of contrast, our Rule 60 is fact specific to our case.
