#306292 RE: scratchy #306280

They were able to do that with the data they presented at the CTAD which is probably more subjective due to possible human error.

Sleep and actigraphy data are objective. Not sure how corrupt it could be. Of course there will be issues but there has been plenty of time to comb over the results looking for any anomalies.

No large conclusions need to be drawn before presenting the data. The data will most likely speak for itself, either showing statistically significance or not.

Simple statements can be made like. To our knowledge nothing has been shown to be able to do this in a safe quality of life changing manner.

Maybe they are waiting to have even more protection (new share authorization) before announcing Immediate Takeover Target news. However I think the blank check preferreds are enough at this time.

The new board member is giving us hints about Missling’s vision and direction. So many possibilities.

I can understand the peer review taking longer than expected. The Rett trial being much smaller with much less data should be revealed in short order as well.

Do companies usually wait to release full data in a peer review? Is that common practice? Anyone?
