Respectfully, I you truly did read the 8k you ARE investing in ONPH. Shares and profit percentages were given as part of the deal. ONPH does all the legwork and takes on the R&D ,processing and Distribution costs while we sit back and reap gains on IP that is already done for the next 15 years.
No OPNH was a penny stock when this year started they have had a 7000% increase in price. There is next to no risk with RGBP just watch over the next month. They will now be current in a heartbeat. This deal is worth multi millions over the next 15 years and it's for both of the companies that they own. Just watch tomorrow this will gap up and then it's off to the races.
