no r/s sets us in a much better light to future investors of all kinds

I disagree that an R/S affects our performance on the NASD. The fact is, retail won't be involved as much when we uplist. NASD investors are smarter than OTC traders who can't tell the difference between an R/S to dilute more shares and an R/S to uplist.
