The only reason QS is not a potential customer of Coretec is because their battery tech sounds like it is 100% ceramic. If solid state is the future, there is still use for CHS in solid state batteries as evidenced by the Coretec partnership with Theion. Solid state is the main thrust of Theion's tech, so obviously there are multiple roads to the solid state end. Further, differing manufacturers may adopt differing tech in the drive to EV's. Even in the internal combustion market there existed competing tech side by side - gas vs diesel for example.
