Agreed. I think there is too much growth, a more refined process and business model, and little to worry about in the short or long term with liabilities. More revs, uplisting basically inevitable, but the process makes me want to tear my hair out. I like a strong and reliable system for the big time companies, but sometimes the red tape is aggravating.
