Dmceng4.......I am here, but just lurking now...I am being pro active with coop by buying the stock on dips, then reaching out with january 22 covered calls at the 40 and 45 strike price.....the way I figure, is that the high point of coops price was established when KKR sold those shares back to coop a while ago... now with september being the cutoff date to end forbearance loans, many homeowners will have to make those arrears payments on the mortgages, and if they can't, and they can't get a loan modification, the housing market could be in serious trouble, with home prices at all time highs....the market is due for a correction after 12 years runnup, so this fall should be very interesting for retail traders....I don't want to be anywhere near this market this fall...as for escrow payments being made, I wrote before that only the force of law will move this money, (if any) to the escrow holders... remember that this was a chapter 11 restructuring, and the equity still comes under the purview of the BOD...so far, they have made no indication that such a disbursement is imminent. stay healthy, watch your wealth, and be careful in this market bubble.... thanks for your concern for my whereabouts.....
