Could someone explain the purpose of the hiring in layman’s terms? Why now? Please don’t guess. I can guess, but I’m wondering how this fits into the here, now and near term strategy. Why is it necessary? It seems like a promising development, but I’m not certain I understand the timing or objective. How do we distinguish this from window dressing?
Sincere question. How does this fit the timeline of a company about to reach international manufacturing fitness (with TLD internally unblinded, IMO) and regulatory agencies currently or about to review a (possible) BLA?
