Sounds like there will be a fee, either not yet disclosed or part of the other concessions already announced. Seems to me though the other concessions are for past infringement. Should be a separate fee for the future licensing.


Fully paid-up usually describes a one-time payment for a perpetual license where the term is indefinite. The phrase fully paid-up should not exist in a term license.
