(a) Netlist has granted to SK hynix fully paid, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable
licenses to certain of its patents covering memory technologies

What does 'fully paid' mean in this sentence? Does it mean there are no future royalties?

The Supply Agreement entitles Netlist to purchase up to $600,000,000 of SK hynix memory products

What exactly does this mean? At what conditions is Netlist entitled to buy? I guess anybody is 'entitled to buy', so what special conditions will Netlist get?
