Your statement, "If WDDD insists on additional fees to cover legal expenses, as you suggested," isn't in the least what I said. I said that WDDD would not be accepting any settlement that didn't give the principal investors the amount they want after the legal fees are paid out. In other words, any settlement will automatically include the legal fees because the attorneys are getting a percentage.
But it seems you're a guy who just likes to twist to argue so, hey, enjoy yourself.
