What we will never know is the number of shares created illegally that are not reported. I believe it is thought to be substantial, but it can not be confirmed as I understand it.
Essentially it's like forged money placed in an account, but it is forged stock and only exists electronically as I understand it.
Question Jerry and Mike: that means you cant determine how much the stock is shorted, and inspecialy if the volume is low, maybe there is NO shortsale at all! ?
