ALSO there’s no need to dilute like your posts states.

If a company has no product and no sales like 95% of the otcs, they would need to heavily promote the STOCK.

THEY HAVE NEVER PROMOTED THE STOCK AND -ONLY- THE COMPANIES PRODUCTS.

MAJOR DIFFERENCE!

I’ve yet to see a promoter push this and even then somebody has to disclose what is going on.

BUT

let’s talk about the entity that’s continuing to purchase and box the Lvl2 to buy shares in this range as somebody has been making sure getting shares in the .008-.01 range
