BINGO! This guy gets it!

QUOTE

I agree, 100%, no debt, no machinery to buy, Soon to be CEO/activist shareholder Mark Miller taking over and merging the mine in to NWGC, to a firm he is vested in already, and he has the mining equipment and crew already, and already has the mine picked out and claims filed on record.

2-3 events this week, 2 great videos on out in 24 hours

I for one love the placement of the mine site/selection.

My engineering background, tells me this may be the perfect place for a start up mine to self fund expansion with easy to reach and mine gold $$$$$

The rest will be gravy

Some corrections:

Mark leased four claims, cost? less than $1000.
There is no mine at this time.

He has no mining equipment or crew. He paid the mining consultants to stake the claims and collect some grab samples. They are not miners either.

If he wants to try his hand at some some mining, it will be on the hobby level, with some gold pans, in the creek.

40 years ago, a retired geologist spent 10 years researching the area, and did some panning. She recovered 10 ounces.

The chances of the assays coming back with gold values above trace levels are low. And, of both gold and lithium? Infinitesimally low. There could easily be trace levels of REE's, as they exist throughout the earth.... maybe even in kitty litter.

To take it to the next level, beyond hobby placer mining, would require permits, hiring geologists, mining company, and take years plus millions of dollars, all to get to the point of maybe making a production decision...or attempting to JV the project.

No, NWGC will not be doing any commercial gold mining, ever...imho.

Nice stock movement today! Congrats. Quite the pump on stocktwits and elsewhere.

That video is a hoot. Amateurish at best.
