I agree, 100%, no debt, no machinery to buy, Soon to be CEO/activist shareholder Mark Miller taking over and merging the mine in to NWGC, to a firm he is vested in already, and he has the mining equipment and crew already, and already has the mine picked out and claims filed on record.

I for one love the placement of the mine site/selection.

My engineering background, tells me this may be the perfect place for a start up mine to self fund expansion with easy to reach and mine gold $$$$$
