APPARENTLY SO or they honestly THOUGHT it was all in WMB's name and NOT NOT the HOLDCO's name................Heck even this dumb ass OKIE knew and I said so when she went in front of congress and begged em to make it retroactive so she could seize the holdco's assets, that SHE MEESED UP and didn't get what she THOUGHT they were getting as it wasn't in the BANK(S) names

Heck even my family bank in SOUTHERN OKLA was smart enough AT THAT TIME to have the bulk in the HOLDCO and I said so then..........................
