#38796 RE: Testpilot #38793

crtg. Things can change?? But from what I hear, all the Co' has is a Provisional Patent, not a utility Patent, which may come after the product has proved its worth!

Then, if what you say is correct, then why did Krafty bring the CHS stuff to the many potential customers at the Trade show of years past? What did that contract with NDSU entail? Allow CRTG to license the means by which to produce the stuff, which you say is the only thing that was patented by NDSU or its Inventor, or the authority to sell and commercialize the CHS! CHS to me was the only thing Krafty was selling, not anything else IMO.

The Boys WOULD NOT HAVE presented the means to Produce the product to all those at the Trade Shows, only the CHS product at hand, which they entered into an agreement to commercialize! Krafty showed the Battery Manufacturers, and other interested Co's, the CHS, and only the CHS, which was the only thing the Manufacturers wanted to utilize!

Now it could be that CRTG was in the process of utilizing the CHS by producing it in the near future, but the only thing that is clear is that they had no such ability to produce anything, only promises that they could deliver on what they were commercializing.....the CHS material? If they were able to produce the CHS, or had it available one way or another, the Agreement would not have failed? Our (7) day a month WONDER (At that time,) now increased to (8) days a month, could not fulfill his promises, whereupon the NDSU contract ran out of the time stipulation set forth in the agreement? The task was much to much for Kraft, as he had little money to work with unfortunately, so he had to accept the defeat and start from scratch again?

We don't need statistics to tell us that nothing substantial has been done about the CHS commercialization, which already was in the works 4-5 years ago, but fell short for one reason or another?

Now, since the Chemical composition of the CHS material was new at the time, and not a natural substance that could be utilized by all! Therefore, it has to be patented to secure the effort made to make the CHS substance! If one could dip a cup into the ocean, and voile, a CHS cupful could be found, then all could use it without fear of an infringement!

But this substance was slowly developed after years of Hit and Miss combination of chemicals, then it is patentable! It just is not a naturally occurring substance!!! Think what you wish, that is your opinion and freedom to do so, but I stand by my version of the events and status of the CHS product! NO, I don't believe we were honestly briefed on certain things by Kraft, as he might be no different than a host of other Penny CEOs who pushed freedom too far! Right now, and that could change, I wouldn't buy Krafty a cup of coffee is he was on a street corner broke! I feel deceived and that is that! Unlike you, I am saying that this is IMO only, and is not written in absolute correctness! But I am staying away from this stock, as I have others that I can depend on more!!! Krafty might just have been another SHARK who tested the huge list of Penny Stocks, and thought he could make a go of it with his GIFT of GAB!

I think the hype we see about him is unjustified as of now, but may change? But I want to see actual sales agreements with Manufactures who intend to use it in one or more of their products? We've seen enough talk and promises, and don't want to see no more words about new suppliers and new contacts, but only his name on the dotted line in a Commercial agreement! I wasted too much time as it was on this Stock and Ceo, and no longer have any faith! I once had a lot of faith and promise, but no more!! IMO... Research all you want, but common sense is important too!!
