Good Lord. Are we REALLY going to have to go through all the “they might not file at all” crap??

Of COURSE Enforcement will file.

Fritz gave them a lot of reasons to, with all the (in my opinion) snide comments she made in her brief.

Still, the issue at hand is whether or not DBMM is guilty of breaking the filing statutes with their non-filings of 10Q’s and 10K’s.

Even Foelak called them guilty of breaking them!

What has the SEC Board of Commissioners done HUNDREDS OF TIMES, to companies that broke those statutes? They sanctioned them!!

Fritz’s brief does not even attempt to prove that DBMM isn’t guilty of breaking the filing statutes. The ONLY thing Fritz’s brief does is try to offer excuses as to WHY DBMM broke the filing statutes!

We know that the SEC accepts no excuses as to missing mandatory filings.

I fully expect that eventually (after a LONG DELIBERATION), the SEC will sanction DBMM.
