I Agree the SP will start moving up again fast now. I do not believe it will be above 2.5$ prior to TLD for the simple reason that a 3$ SP would put NWBO at a 2.6B$ valuation which is prior to TLD a little bit to ask for.

But from a TA perspective, I see the SP going to the upper channel of the trading range above 1.7$ within 2 weeks
