A very close friend of mine's daughter was stricken with a very rare form of epilepsy at one year old. It has become his mission in life too find a cure/treatment for the disease that his team identifies as CDKL5. His foundation is called the LouLou Foundation . The greatest single hurdle in this process has been the "blood brain barrier" !!! For GBM, once the blood brain barrier problem was solved, the door opened for the world of immunotherapy!!!
