#367096 RE: Kkhors #367074

Do you really believe we are seeing day traders and swing traders holding the NWBO stock price below $1.60 a share ? ? ?
Did you see what happened back in 2012 when Knight lost $440 million in 45 minutes. The shroud of of secrecy was unveiled.

They had a code bug in software that can move stock prices higher and lower.

Power Peg was a test program that bought high and sold low; it was specifically designed to move stock prices higher and lower in order to verify the behavior of its other proprietary trading algorithms in a controlled environment. It was not to be used in the live, production environment.

You really don't think these big money thugs aren't using this kind of technology to manipulate stock prices ? ? ?

And as far as naked shorts they are not even hiding what they are doing. It is right here in their financial statement if one looks closely at them. Here is a except from a post from August after I did some due diligence on the subject:

In their financial statements the naked short show up under: "Financial instruments sold, not yet purchased" for years 2009 - 2016 below and then for 2017 and 2018 the call it instead: "Trading Liabilities at Fair Value". This started as $24 million back in 2009 then went to $191 million in 2010 and by 2012 it was over $2 billion and stayed there through 2018. For 2013 they had $2.165 billion and $1.851 billion was listed as equities so the bulk of this appears to be naked shorting. The article suggests they are using the nation's clearing system known as the "Obligation Warehouse." To circumvent the 1 day Failure to Deliver issue. How does the SEC let Knight get away with this ???

In Knight's Financial Statement they warn:.

Financial instruments sold, not yet purchased, at fair value represent obligations to purchase such securities (or underlying securities) at a future date. The Company may incur a loss if the market value of the securities subsequently increases.

It is really incredulous that they have billions of dollars in naked short holdings right there on their financial statements and no one, not the SEC or anyone does anything about it.
