Was the day after a big bear raid. They had shot their wad.

Avxl closed at 5.26 on 2/17/17.

However many shares you had as of that day you will be able to purchase for that price in the event of a hostile takeover.

That’s how I read it anyway.

Not an analyst or even a catalyst analyst though, so better read it for yourself.
