Louie- they could not respond to it in trial. It came in post trial documents. The last ones I think. They were blindsided. But the appeal? I too don’t know.

They cannot present any new evidence after the trial or even during closing arguments. That's just not allowed. So some time DURING the trial, Generics must have presented that evidence.

Did Amarin object; call BS? If not, why the eff not? Just a little $15 billion mess up, no big deal.
