Pretty sure. The last PR discusses negotiations with vendors etc. I'd suspect Chemdiv is one of them. Also, if it was dismissed or settled, wouldn't that be pertinent to disclose? To date, no such PR about that exists. So yeah, the lawsuit is still on like Donkey Kong until that Fat bastard Koos tells us it was settled.
